Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts to the International Journal of Applied Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (IJAIC). All submissions will undergo an initial editorial screening to ensure alignment with the journal’s aims, scope, and quality standards. Manuscripts that pass this stage will be forwarded to a peer-review process to determine their suitability for publication.
Authors must prepare and submit their manuscripts using the official IJAIC manuscript template (Download Here) . Submissions that do not follow the required template and formatting guidelines may be returned to the authors before the review process.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that all materials included in the manuscript (such as images, tables, figures, documents, or datasets) have the necessary permissions for publication. All listed authors must have contributed significantly to the research and must agree to the submission and publication of the manuscript.
Where applicable, research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data must obtain approval from an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal and ethical standards of the country where the research was conducted.
The editorial team reserves the right to desk reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s standards of quality, originality, relevance, or scientific rigor. Authors should ensure that the manuscript presents a clear research objective, a well-structured methodology, and a coherent argument. The title should be concise and informative, and the abstract should clearly summarize the purpose, methodology, results, and contributions of the study.
Authors should ensure that their manuscript meets these requirements before proceeding with submission and completing the journal’s submission checklist.
